Srikakulam is one of the Lok Sabha constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. The state has 25 parliamentary seats. The Srikakulam seat comprises 7 Assembly segments including Ichchapuram, Palasa, Tekkali, Pathapatnam, Srikakulam, Amadalavalasa, Narasannapeta. The constituency is a GENERAL seat. The TDP, the YSRCP are the main parties in the constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu from TDP won the seat with a margin of 6,653 votes. Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu was polled 534,544 votes with a vote share of 46.00 % and defeated Duvvada Srinivas from YSRCP who got 527,891 votes (45.34 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu from TDP won the seat and was polled 556,545 votes with a vote share of 52.77%. YSRCP candidate Reddy Shanthi got 428,853 votes (40.66 %) and was the runner-up.Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu defeated Reddy Shanthi by a margin of 127,692 votes.
