Dismssing the petition by Chirag Paswan's mother Reena Paswan, Justice Yashwant Varma observed that at this stage it will have to stall the process which has already started.
The process of moving furniture and household goods from the bungalow in Janpath in Lutyens' Delhi started shortly after a team from the Directorate of Estates, which comes under the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry, reached the property, official sources said.
The police resorted to lathi-charge (Baton charge), water cannon to control the protesters. LJP workers were marching towards Raj Bhavan when they were stopped by police.

"It's been five years since the law banning alcohol in Bihar has been passed but still has not been implemented in the state properly," Chirag Paswan said.
In the 2020 Bihar Assembly polls, the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), before breaking into two factions, fought the election without being in alliance with anyone. The LJP won only one seat in that election.
In an interim order on October 2, the EC had barred both the factions from using the name of Lok Janshakti Party or its symbol 'bungalow' till the dispute between the two is settled by the poll panel.
Both Chirag Paswan and newly-elected LJP national president Pashupati Kumar Paras, earlier in June, had written to the Election Commission over the right on the party symbol.
Chirag Paswan had visited the election commission office on Friday to demand that the party symbol continues to be with his party. One faction of the LJP is led by president Paswan and another one by his uncle and Union Cabinet Minister Paras.
The Prime Minister, in his letter, said it is an emotional day for him. "I miss him (Ram Vilas Paswan) as a friend. I also sense the loss that Indian politics has suffered because of his death," wrote PM Modi.
Chirag met Tejashwi to invite him for an event on September 12 to mark the first death anniversary of his father and former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan. Chirag Paswan has also called Tejashwi Yadav his 'younger brother' on several occasions.
The LJP was formed by former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan in 2000. Paswan, a heavyweight leader in Bihar politics, passed away in October 2020.
The Jamui MP has been cornered within his own party following the rebellion staged by his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras, cousin Prince Raj and other LJP MPs.
The Jamui MP also hinted at his disillusionment with the BJP which has kept silent over the crisis in his party despite his unreserved adulation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Welcoming the Delhi High Court decision of rejecting Chirag Paswan’s plea, Paras said that his nephew has every right to the late Ram Vilas Paswan's property.
The petition sought setting aside speaker’s June 14 circular showing the name of Paras as leader of Jan Lokshakti Party in the Lok Sabha.
