Police at Amaravati stopped the Mandadam villagers' foot march from Uddandrayuni Palem to Kanakadurgamma temple in Vijayawada. They stopped the locals as section 144 is imposed at Uddandarayani Palem. Police and women home guards have been deployed in the area.
