Congress leader Digvijaya Singh targeted Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and said that he is toppling constitutionally elected government in country. He said, "BJP is busy in toppling duly-elected governments. We had successfully thwarted plans to destabilize Madhya Pradesh government but we were let down by Jyotiraditya Scindia who had a very successful career in Congress.
