CM Kejriwal launches 'Guarantee Card', promises 24-hr water, electricity supply

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on January 19 launched 'Kejriwal Ka Guarantee Card' ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections. In the Guarantee Card he to provide 24-hour electricity with free 200 initial units and 24 hours pure water supply. "In the coming 5 years we will ensure 24 hours drinking water supply to every household. Students will be given free bus services", said Kejriwal.
