A firing incident took place near the Bara Hindu Rao area in Delhi at around 9:30 pm on July 08. Delhi Police DCP (North), Anto Alphonse informed that the firing took place twice following a clash between two parties. "The firing took place twice, following a clash between two parties. Two onlookers died, one identified," informed DCP North.
