Young writer, Zuni Chopra who is a daughter of film director Vidhu Vinod Chopra released her second book named 'The Island of the Day Before'.

Zuni got her first book published in the year 2017 when she was only 15-year-old. And her second book where she experiments with subjects and form is now available.

This teenage writing sensation is a daughter of film critic, Anupama Chopra. In an interview, Zuni says that her mother is responsible for all grammar and spell checks in her writings.

Where Zuni's first novel was a fictional drama, her recent book is a collection of stories, flash fiction, and poetry.

As Zuni descibes herself in the bio of her official Instagam page, "17. Avid reader. Gaiman fan. Proud dog mom. Author of #TheHouseThatSpoke & #TheIslandOfTheDayBefore & 2 books of poetry."

The 17-year-old is undeniably passionate for writing, especially fantasy and poetry.  Her favorite authors include Neil Gaiman and Lewis Carroll. The young talent has also contributed articles to Vogue India and Hindustan Times.

Zuni is cheerful at heart who owns six dogs in total!
