According to sources, Priti is the beneficial owner of company named Hilingdon Holdings. ED has found in its investigation that the company is a shell company registered in the UAE in Jabel Ali Free Zone in November 2013.

Interestingly on May 23, the same day on which Choksi was allegedly kidnapped, during the breakfast meeting with Barbara, Choksi said that he is "practicing not to fear".

Reports in Antiguan media and Choksi's lawyers said that he was arrested from Dominica when he was visiting his girlfriend Babara Jarabica. The woman is a property investment consultant and has studied at the London School of Economics, reports said.
Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Browne has confirmed that a private jet from India has arrived at the Douglas-Charles Airport in Dominica.
Choksi enjoys full legal protection in Antigua and it will be time consuming to extradite Choksi to India from there. Antiguan Prime Minister Gaston Browne has told ANI in an interview that Choksi will not be allowed to enter back in Antigua for where Choksi fled and illegally sneaked into Dominica and was caught.
A court in Dominica has "restrained" authorities from removing fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi from the Caribbean island country till further orders, local media reported.
Mehul Choksi is wanted in the PNB loan fraud case in India. He has gone missing in Antigua and Barbuda.
