It seems actor Sivakarthikeyan did an impeccable job of becoming a nurse for the camera for the upcoming movie ‘Remo’. The director of the movie Bakkiyaraj Kannan revealed that no one outside the crew could recognise him as a nurse.

Kannan told IANS that when they were shooting in Vishakhapatnam, he was asked which actress is playing the role of nurse, no one believed him that it was Siva. So later when people asked the same question, he said that it was Anushka's sister and they believed him.

For nearly 60 per cent of the film, Sivakarthikeyan will be seen playing a nurse. Kannan is all praise for the "Maan Karate" actor.

"No actor in his shoes could have pulled off this role. It takes a lot of patience to even sit through the make-up session for this role and Siva never complained. He lost about 9 to 10 kg to play the nurse's part," he said.

Given a chance to work with Sivakarthikeyan again, Kannan says he would be obliged.

"He's a terrific actor and is very friendly. I would love to work with him again," he added.

Produced by RD Raja, the film is slated for worldwide release on Friday. It also stars Keerthy Suresh and Sathish.
