The caller disconnected the call without giving any further details, Amit told police.

Amit first thought it to be a prank call, but later decided to inform the police.

The call has been traced to San Francisco, US. Agencies are not revealing much about the incident due to security issues.

While there is a high probability of the call being a hoax, but the security agencies don’t want to take any chance.

Meanwhile, Delhi Police has made all the necessary arrangements to stop terrorists from creating trouble during Independence Day celebrations. Leaves of all cops have been cancelled for August 15.

Massive security arrangements have been made in and around Red Fort – the venue for the main event on August 15. For enhanced security, more than 3,000 trees have been planted around the venue, which will be guarded by security personnel.

The security agencies have warned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on the target of a terror group, which will try to attack him on Independence Day.
