New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol repeating the famous train sequence of 'Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge' in 'Dilwale' was a rumour and nothing more than that, confirms production house and director Rohit Shetty.


Dilwale

Yes! That's true, SRK-Kajol fans who were waiting to see them again in the train sequence of DDLJ would have to wait more, as the Red Chillies Entertainment and the director of the film- Rohit Shetty have issued a statement confirming that the scene is not part of the film.

Director Rohit Shetty has issued a statement, "Yes, we have shot a sequence in the train but it is not a recreation of the DDLJ train sequence."

Dilwale

Besides the director Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment has also cleared the air about the matter. As per the spokesperson of Red Chillies Entertainment, "There is a train sequence in the film DILWALE but it does not have any similarity to DDLJ's scene."

"In fact nothing will be taken from DDLJ. Both DILWALE and DDLJ are way different from each other. DILWALE is altogether a different venture from DDLJ," adds the spokesperson.

Dilwale

Kajol's comeback movie Dilwale also stars Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Varun Sharma, Vinod Khanna and others.

Dilwale is scheduled for release on December 18 , 2015.
