It was a big night at the recently held Star Screen Awards where Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon bagged the “Nothing To Hide” awards. The star-studded event was aired last Sunday and who’s who of the film industry were seen in full attendance. While everything seemed all glitzy and predictable, the audience was left bewildered when the presenters introduced a new award category called 'Nothing To Hide'. The new category at Star Screen Awards was apparently introduced for celebrities who share glimpses of their personal life on social media.
When Kriti and Shahid were announced as the proud recipients of the award, there was a buzz everywhere. "Congratulations Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor on winning the nothing to hide award," tweeted Star Plus.

Recently, Kriti Sanon revealed that after spending four years in film industry and starring in films such as Dilwale and Barielly Ki Barfi she has improved a lot as a performer. The actor, who hails from Delhi, said to create her own space in films without and any support system "feels great".
Vidya Balan bagged the Best Actress Award (Popular) for Tumhari Sulu, Rajkummar Rao was named the Best Actor (Critics) for Newton. Along with this, he also won the Best Supporting Actor award for Bareilly Ki Barfi at the Star Screen Awards.
