Apparently, Disney+ Hotstar paid a whopping Rs 65 crore for the OTT rights of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday's Liger. If the reports are to be trusted, it is the biggest OTT deal in South Indian cinema.

Mr and Mrs Mahi is reportedly a cricket drama. Produced by Karan Johar, in the film Rajkummar Rao and JAnhvi Kapoor will play characters named Mahendra and Mahima, respectively. The actress posted some BTS pics as she trained with cricketer Dinesh Karthik.

The much-anticipated sports drama Liger is to feature Vijay Deverakonda in a never-before-seen avatar, and will also feature numerous foreign fighters in the high-octane sequences. 'Liger' is bankrolled in association with Puri connects and Bollywood's leading production house Dharma Productions.

Karan Johar was brutally trolled after his friends Kareena Kapoor khan and Amrita Arora tested COVID positive earlier this week. The Bollywood celebs were accused of flouting COVID norms. Now, days later, the filmmaker released a statement bashing false reports and informing that he and his family have tested negative for the virus.

Now that Kareena Kapoor Khan, Amrita Arora, Seema Khan and Maheep Kapoor have tested positive, Karan Johar's bash is under the scanner. The filmmaker had hosted the party to celebrate 20 years of the cult-classic 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'.

"'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' became part of pop culture. The dialogues became part of everyday conversation, each scene and sequence was beautifully conceptualised, the costumes set fashion trends that exist even today, the dance moves are followed even today on various occasions, besides the music of the film lives on even today,” Karan Johar said.  

Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (K3G), is a 2001 family drama film written and directed by Karan Johar. The film starred Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor. Karan Johar's 'Dostana 2' was set to feature Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and Lakshya in the leading roles. However, in April, Dharma Productions issued a statement announcing a recast of the film. Now, Kartik has refused to talk about his exit from the film and stated that he is not a part of any Bollywood camps.
