It’s a curious case of role reversal. Tiger Shroff has turned fitness inspiration for his mentor Sajid Nadiadwala. The Baaghi 2 star, who is known for his hot bod, has been giving tips to his producer about his diet and workout regimen.
Says a source, “Just like Sajid guides Tiger with his career choices and films, the latter is now discussing fitness and well-being with his mentor. The filmmaker, who is extremely fond of the young actor, has been following the diet and workout chart that his protégé has designed for him. It’s like both of them have become mentors to each other, in different ways.”
Another source from the filmmaker’s team tells us, “The diet suggested by Tiger includes more proteins along with green veggies and less carbs. With a balance of five-six meals a day, the star son wants the director-producer to focus on strength training and keep the body fat percentage low. He has clearly asked Sajid to refrain from any carb intake post 6 pm. The workout routine that he’s planned is a balance of cardio and weight training along with 15 minutes of yoga every day.”
On the work front, Tiger is currently busy wrapping up Punit Malhotra’s Student Of The Year 2, which is being produced by Dharma Productions. Right after this film, he will be back with Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment for the third instalment of Baaghi.
