Ranveer Singh cutely calls wife-to-be Deepika Padukone ‘Baby’ on Koffee with Karan
After a terrific episode of Girl Power with Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone, Karan Johar’s couch was loaded with entertainment and fun as handsome hunks, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, graced it together on the second episode of most popular chat show Koffee With Karan 6. While Deepika made many headlines regarding her wedding with Ranveer Singh when she arrived on the show, the actor left no chance to shower his love on his lady even if it comes to calling her with cute nicknames.
In a segment of the show when Karan Johar asked Ranveer and Akshay to call three Bollywood celebrities and make them say ‘Hi Karan it’s me’, Ranveer Singh called up his lady-love Deepika Padukone and told her ‘Baby, tell Karan it’s me Deepika Padukone’. The gesture was so sweet and adorable that it melted our hearts instantly, Watch the video here-
Even before the episode aired on television, the channel released two promos in which Akshay and Ranveer terrific camaraderie was quite visible. In the promo, Akshay Kumar is seen getting fed up with Ranveer and announces that Hats Off to Deepika for being with him. The moment Khiladi Kumar says this, Ranveer’s reaction is hilarious. Also Ranveer Singh was on fire in the episode as when Akshay Kumar asked "Ek baat bata, teri shadi kab hai?" Ranveer was quick to respond, "Sir, aap suit silwalo." Watch the promo here-
Just before the first episode of Koffee With Karan hit the TV screens featuring Alia and Deepika, the lovestruck duo DeepVeer, Deepika and Ranveer, treated their fans with the good news they have been wanting to know for a long time now. The duo took to their social media to announce their wedding date. Deepika and Ranveer's marriage will take place on November 14 and 15. However, their wedding venue hasn't been announced.
