Akshat Verma who directed ‘Delhi Belly’ is all praises for actor-producer Saif Ali Khan. The director said that Nawab of Bollywood has an impeccable and fantastic comic timing.
Verma was present at the screening of his new short film "Mama's Boy", released by Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films.
"I had written the movie (a dark comedy) with Saif in mind and had approached him two years back. He finally said yes. He has a fantastic comic timing and I loved his way of working," Verma said.
"It will have drama, comedy and action. Saif will also be co-producing it and will play the lead role in the Indian remake of the 2014 comedy-drama 'Chef'," he added.
"Wazir" actress Aditi Rao Hydari was also present at the screening.
Speaking about her upcoming films, Aditi, seen in "Mama's Boy", said: "I am currently shooting for Mani Ratnam's film. It's like a dream come true for any actor."
She also shared that her upcoming film "Aur Devdas" with director Sudhir Mishra is complete.
