In an unexpected visit, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday reached Raj Bhavan to meet Governor Rajendra Arlekar. Cabinet minister Vijay Chaudhary was also present.
According to reports, no meeting was scheduled for today, thus raising many eyebrows.
