The accused, Heena, conspired with her lover, Arvind Khunt, to eliminate the 37-year-old theatre owner with whom she was leaving as his wife for nearly 7-years.

Heena was fed up of Dilip Vasova's drinking habit due to which she came close to Arvind and both of them planned to kill Dilip.  

On Nov 6 both of them attacked the sleeping theater owner with an axe and stabbed him 40 times.

Dilip Vasova, who lived at Vrajbhumi residential complex in Kapodra, body was then set on fire.
