New Delhi: As the crime against women in capital is increasing alarmingly, Delhi/NCR is on its verge to top the list of the most unsafe city for women.

In a recent incident, a 43 year old woman, Anita Adhikari, was murdered by slitting her throat in her own house in Noida Sector-62.

The victim's body was found in the pool of blood by her son, who saw the body as he came back from the school.

According to the police, prima facie there are no traces of theft or forceful entry in the house.

The victim, who lived with her husband, a daughter studying in BCA 1st year and a son studying in class XII, was alone in the house at the time of the incident.

Police has registered the statement of the victim's husband and is investigating into the matter from various angles.
