This is why Esha Deol walked out of Lakme Fashion Week 2018, watch video
It was supposed to be a rather special moment for actress Esha Deol and mother Hema Malini at the Lakme Fashion Week 2018 as the mother-daughter duo walked the ramp together after a really long time. No doubt, they looked stunning in traditional and had all eyes hooked onto them. But little did anyone expect that they would be left frowning by the end of the show. A video of the two is going viral on the internet where you can see Esha literally storming out of a media interaction with Hema standing there clueless.
It so happened that Hema Malini took the mike and began talking about how she enjoyed walking the ramp in this Assamese drape and that she was excited about Esha Deol’s comeback with a short film after delivering a baby.
The news of the film got the journos excited and they wanted more details. Hema passed on the mike to Esha. At that point, the anchor who was hosting the segment said that this was only a photo opportunity for the press and questions could happen later. She also said that people were free to ask something to the designer, Sanjukta. Post this, a journo asked Esha something and she said it was better if the questions were directed to the anchor. Clearly, she left miffed and left the spot taking her mom along with her.

Of making an appearance with Hema Malini at the Lakme Fashion Week, Esha earlier told news agency IANS, "I am very excited to be back on the ramp with my mom Hema Malini for designer Sanjukta Dutta to promote my film Cakewalk, directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee. The film deals with a certain issue which every women and men in our country will be able to relate."
