Actor Sanjay Dutt will be making his comeback in Bollywood with Omung Kumar's directorial venture 'Bhoomi'. The actor will start shooting for the flick at the end of this month in Agra and for his good luck, his wife Manyata will do the puja and mahurat clap.
The producer of the movie Sandeep Singh revealed that they will soon start filming near Taj Mahal so he talked to Manyata and requested her to do the puja. He further stated that if Sanjay’s mother Nargis had been alive, he would have pleaded her to do that.
Manyata agreed to come at Agra for a day to conduct the auspicious proceedings.
Another producer Bhushan Kumar said that Manyata’s presence on the first day would be perfect to begin a tight, hectic schedule of a very special film.
Sanjay’s wife has always been the biggest support in his life. The lady stood by him during his tough time. Thus, no doubt she is a good luck charm for the actor.
The actor was convicted of illegal possession of arms and after serving the sentence he was released on 25 February 2016. ‘Bhoomi’ would be his comeback project.
'Bhoomi' is revenge drama that will explore the beautiful relationship between father and daughter. The major portions of the movie will be shot in UP.
The project will be helmed by Omung Kumar who has given films like ‘Mary Kom’ and ‘Sarabjit’ in the past.
