When Dr Abdul Rahman called plumbers to clear the clogged pipeline of the toilet in his clinic in Kerala's Palakkad district, he had little idea about how things were going to turn out.
As the plumbers tried to unblock the toilet they noticed something which resembled a ball. They were horrified by what they pulled out from the toilet duct. It was a body of a 2-day old baby. Her placenta was still intact.
The police have launched a hunt to trace the parents of the baby. Cops believe that the mother could have delivered the baby inside the bathroom and flushed her down the toilet.
As per reports, the police have filed a case of unnatural death in the case. No arrests have been made so far.
