And to make sure that these Bollywood actresses don't skip on their workout sessions, celebrity trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala always opt for innovative ways to keep them motivated.
Just like recently, Karachiwali started with one-minute bikini body challenge where Alia can be spotted doing squats and side leg lift, hover planks, knee push-ups, abdominal curls, triceps dips on mat and whatnot!
