After blockbuster hits in 2017, the versatile actor Akshay Kumar is now gearing up to entertain fans with his series of upcoming films in 2018. Akshay’s much awaited film Padman, Gold, 2.0 are lined up to release in 2018.
Akshay’s film Toilet Ek Prem Katha became the highest grossing film of his career. Toilet Ek Prem Katha made a total collection of Rs 133. 60 crore while Jolly LLB 2 earned Rs 117.00 crore.
Padman: Akshay’s much-awaited drama biography Padman, which is slated to release on January 25 is expected to break Akshay’s all previous box-office records. The newly released tracks of Padman; Aaj Se Teri and Hu Ba Hu has already turned a hit.

Gold: Akshay and Mouni Roy starrer Gold is a sports drama. In this film Akshay will be seen in a fresh pairing with Mouni, which is also her debut film. The film is directed by Reema Kagti and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.
2.0: In this Rajinikanth starrer science-fiction thriller 2.0, Akshay will be seen in a negative shade. The film is directed by S. Shankar and Akshay will be playing the character Dr Richard in the film. The film also features Amy Jackson.
Kesari: Akshay’s another awaited project of 2018 is Kesari, which features Parineeti Chopra in a lead role. Karan released the first look of Kesari last week and wrote, ‘’Exceptionally excited about #KESARI...the BRAVEST story ever told....we begin our journey today... we seek your love and blessings....@akshaykumar @SinghAnurag79 @iAmAzure @apoorvamehta18.’’ However, the releasing date of Kesari is still not announced.
