Mumbai, Oct 16: Tata Motors Limited (TML) has launched the refreshed version of its popular premium sedan - Tata Manza in both petrol and diesel versions.
The price of the petrol (Safire) version begins from Rs 5.70 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi) and the diesel (Quadrajet) range from Rs 6.49 lakh.
“With the Tata Manza Club Class, we are once again the first to introduce features never seen in its class,” said Tata Motors Managing Director Karl Slym.
Some of the exterior changes include a new alloy wheel design, has some chrome embellishments, a contrast colour on the roof. On the inside, the car now has an all-new touchscreen audio system which supports bluetooth, USB and aux-in inputs with steering mounted controls as well. In addition, the car comes with touchscreen GPS navigation system along with black and plum Italian upholstery.
In terms of safety, the model now includes a collapsible steering column, anti-lock braking system and dual frontal airbags.
The car is available in six colours — Infinity Black (new), Tyrian Wine, Laser Red, Castle Grey, Dew White and Jet Silver — and four trim levels — LS, LX, VX, EX and EXL (leather trim).
The diesel version of the new model is calimed to give a mileage of 21.02 km per litre and the petrol a mileage of 13.7 km per litre.
The owners of the Tata Manza Club Class will have access to privileged services. Dedicated managers will attend to their cars at showrooms and service centres. The Tata Manza Club Class also comes with a warranty of two years/75,000 kms.
