New Delhi: A man was killed in a road accident in Jammu, after being hit by a SX4 car.
The incident happened at around 7 a.m in the morning when the SX4 with the registration No.JK02BA-4112 was on its way to Balwinder Chowk from Sarwal when it hit a person.
The person was identified as Inderjeet Padha , who was a retired health department employee.
The SX4 was driven by Jammu Kashmir DGP's daughter Pooja.
While the injured was immediately taken to GMC Jammu for the specialized treatment, he was declared brought dead there.
However, Pooja has been arrested by the police, and an FIR has been registered.
The police has also seized the car and is investigating the case further
