Indian Railways seeks private investment of Rs 30,000 crores: Amitabh Kant

Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant on September 17 reacted on Public-Private Partnership in passenger train operations. He said that the private sector investment that Railways is looking at is about Rs 30,000 crores.
