Huawei Mate 20 Pro with Kirin 980 SoC and Leica Triple rear camera system, launched in India for Rs 69,990
Huawei, the Chinese telecommunication giant has launched its latest flagship smartphone in India called the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. The biggest highlight of the phone is the triple camera set up at the back. The phone also comes with the latest flagship processor called the HiSilicon Kirin 980 that is built on a 7nm process making it fast and power efficient. The phone comes with a neural processing unit (NPU) that aids all AI functionality of the phone. Apart from the presence of wireless charging tech, the phone can also do wireless reverse charging.

Huawei Mate 20 Pro specifications
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro comes with a 6.39-inch QHD+ (1440x3120 pixels) curved OLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and an 86.9 per cent screen to body ratio. The phone is powered by the flagship HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor, in configurations of 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage that can be expanded to 256GB using an expandable nano-memory card. The phone supports Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / NM card) technology and runs on EMUI 9.0 on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). The phone comes with an n-display fingerprint scanner with 10-level Dynamic Pressure Sensing (DPS) technology.
For optics, the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 40 Megapixel primary wide-angle lens with F/1.8 aperture, a 20 Megapixel ultra wide angle sensor with F/2.2 aperture and an 8 Megapixel 3X telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. Towards the front is a 24 Megapixel RGB sensor that comes with f/2.0 aperture and 3D facial unlocking support. The phone houses a 4,200mAh battery under the hood and comes with 40W SuperCharge, backed with 15W fast wireless charging technology. Interestingly, the phone also supports wireless reverse charging that can charge other Qi wireless devices. It gets IP68 ratings for water resistance that can stay under 1.5 meters of fresh water for almost 30 minutes.

In terms of connectivity, the phone comes with dual-band Bluetooth v5.0, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0 LE with aptX, GLONASS, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C port. The phone measures 157.8x72.3x8.6mm in dimensions and weighs 189 grams.

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro price in India is Rs 69,990 for the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model and will be available exclusively on Amazon starting from 3rd December for the Prime members. The company is also offering Sennheiser PXC550 Wireless Headphones (worth Rs. 29,990) bundle, along with the Mate 20 Pro at an offer price of Rs. 71,990.
