New Delhi, Dec 14 : In a rather bizarre twist  to the Saturday night Sultanpuri gang rape case, the 'porn' CD that Delhi police claimed to have  recovered from the black Hyundai Accent being driven by the four accused has turned out to be a collection of Sai Baba's hymns, says a MidDay report.

A police officer said that the compact disc  has been seized as a case property.

Meanwhile, Ratna Devi, whose son Rama is one of the accused and the owner of the Accent, has alleged that cops are cooking up stories and her son is innocent. She said that her son reached home at around 5pm on December 11 after dropping her at the Kashmiri Gate ISBT. At this point of time Rama's friend Ravi came asking for the newly purchased Hyundai Accent.

"First my son refused to give him the car on rent, but later he agreed. It was around 11pm, when my son Rama went to a local restaurant from where cops picked him up and took him to the police station. We came to know much later that he had been booked for gang rape," she alleged. However, according to police Rama was arrested from the crime scene in Mangolpuri Industrial area.

Ratna also alleged that a year ago, Pallavi (the victim, name changed), had got a person arrested, alleging rape. The name of that guy is Chanderkesh and he lives behind Sultanpuri police station.

"We only go through the antecedents of the accused in every case," said a police official on the issue.

Meanwhile, Pallavi (name changed) has been more fortunate than others who have suffered her fate in recent days. According to reports, she was being given proper medicine and care. In the recent Dhaula Kuan rape case, the Mizo girl was reportedly not given a morning-after pill. According to experts, if the victim is not given the contraceptive, she might get pregnant.

A Nangloi based NGO Nav Shri Sanstha is taking care of the health of the victim. Nazma Khan, who is also counselling the victim said: "She has come out of the trauma but needs more time to find her composure. Doctors are giving her medicines on time."

Pallavi (name changed), the  teenage girl was allegedly gang raped in a moving car by four men who abducted her after she protested against lewd remarks being passed at her.

The incident took place in Sultanpuri in northwest Delhi at around 10pm on Saturday night, a senior police official said. Three of the four men who allegedly abducted and raped the 18-year-old have been arrested. The fourth accused is a 15-year-old.

They were reportedly drunk and made lewd comments about the alleged victim who was waiting at a bus stop.

The girl protested which resulted in an argument; the men then forced her into the car after which the two of them allegedly raped her. A friend who had seen the victim being abducted made a call to the police.
