Carbohydrates are bad for me:
We all know that excessive intake of carbohydrates might add on to those already formed piles of fat down you waist. But hey, a portion of Carbohydrate is as important for your body as any other nutrition element. You think by totally cutting of Carbohydrates from your diet would give you quick results, hell no, it would insist make your body weak from inside due to lack of requisite nutrition. Avoid white rice, but consume carbohydrate rich foods like, fruits, and vegetables.
