Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's council of ministers expanded on Friday. On Saturday, Nitish Kumar allotted the portfolios and as expected the BJP, the largest constituent of the ruling NDA, got the lion's share, with a dozen ministerial berths.
While Nitish Kumar has kept Home and general administration to himself, Mangal Pandey has been given Health Ministry and HAM's Jitan Ram Manjhi's son has been allotted three ministries.
