Varanasi: Soma Modi, brother of Prime Minster Narendra Modi, today praised the latter’s ability to face tough situations and said that he carves a way out even in turbulent situations.
“Challenging tough situations is Narendra Modi’s character and it has been there since childhood,” said Soma Modi
“He carves his way even during turbulent times,” he further added.
When asked about Modi’s behaviour during childhood, he said, “As a child he always helped his friends, who faced difficulties in their lives.”
Soma also said that people who oppose Modi and his policies in public must be appreciating him in their personal conversations.
“Everybody obeyed him and paid heeds to his advice, this was his technique and he is using this method till today,” Soma said.
Talking to the media in Modi’s parliamentary constituency Varanasi, Soma said that he can clearly see development taking place in Varanasi because of the people friendly policies of the NDA government.
Earlier, during his visit to Varanasi, PM Modi said that India has to become stronger by empowering its poor.
PM Modi also distributed e-rickshaws and launched a scheme for environment-friendly e-boats at the Assi Ghat.
