New Delhi: Directorate for Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in Pakistan has ordered relocation of a secret facility used to train the Jaish-e-Muhammad team which carried out the assault on the Pathankot airbase accoding to The Indian Express.

Quoting the higly placed sources, the IE report says that JeM, headed by Masood Azhar, shifted its base from the 18th-century Fort Maujgarh to its main seminary at Bahawalpur, where its teams were lodged without weapons.

The fort, built by Muhammad Maroof Khan Kehrani, was being used to train JeM teams for special missions.

The official added that Pakistani counter-intelligence also believed the region to be less vulnerable to Indian espionage than Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

Despite Pakistan's acceptance that at least one number publicly tied to Jaish-e-Muhammad's leadership was used for the purpose of instructing the attackers at Pathankot, the group's seminary at Bahawalpur seems to continue to operate normally, the report says.

Although Pakistan sent a joint investigation team to examine the evidence that India provided claiming JeM conspired the Pathankot attack, no action has reportedly been taken against Azhar or his men.

On Januray to a heavily armed group of Mujaahideens attacked Indian air force base in Pathankot, the gun battle lasted for four days.  Seven soldiers were martyed and six gunmen were killed in the incident.
