New Delhi, Jan 2: On New Year Day, there were no celebrations inside Tihar jail, where five of the six gangrape accused are lodged.  All the five accused still appear to be unrepentant for their gruesome crime, says a police officer who is in touch with jail officials.

 
The police officer told a newspaper: "We have been in touch with some officials at Tihar Jail who told us that the gang still has no remorse for their horrendous crime."
 
The accused remain as 'confident' as they had been during and after perpetrating the crime.
