Sundar Pichai is an Indian-American business executive, who currently is the CEO of Google. He joined Google in 2004, where he led the product management and innovation efforts. Pichai went on to oversee the development of different applications like Gmail, Google Maps and on March 13, 2013, he added Android to the list of Google products that he oversees.

"We have no plans to launch in China. We don't have a search product there", said Pichai.
Google's CEO-Sundar Pichai faces grilling from US lawmakers on how the web search giant handled an alarming data breach.

The feature would work by keeping Assistant active after an initial request, for which users would first have to enable it by going to the "Google Assistant" app settings, The Verge reported late on Thursday.

In a note to employees addressing the incident, Sundar Pichai described the shooting as an “unimaginable tragedy” and a “horrific act of violence”.
