India TV Chunav Manch: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann today (April 24) asserted that the BJP can put his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal behind bars, but cannot imprison the latter's ideas and the “change” he and his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have brought about.

"Delhi LG is a selected person while CM Arvind Kejriwal is an elected person. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wants to run government and rule through their governors in all those states where the BJP is not in power like- Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Punjab, West Bengal etc.," Bhagwant Mann added.
"I always have to approach the Supreme Court (SC) to get everything approved in my state because the Governor is not cooperating," Mann added.

"Sukhbir Singh Badal was born with a silver spoon and wants to rule Punjab even when he doesn't know how to speak the Punjabi language," he added.
