5-minute recipes to your rescue!

Sunshine Sandwich!


All you need is:


4 slices of Brown bread,
2 Eggs,
2 finely sliced onions,
2 finely chopped tomatoes,
1/2 tbsp Olive oil (optional),
2-4 Cheese layers/slices,
a pinch of Black pepper,
a pinch of Chat Masala (optional),
1 tbsp Mayonnaise,
Ketchup

Method:

Boil the eggs, and leave it under cold water, afterwards. Now take a bowl and put all ingredients together, finely chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Black pepper, Olive oil (optional), Chat Masala (optional) and mix it all well. Take the eggs and mash it along with the mixture in the bowl. You can take the mixture raw or you can also give the entire mixture a toss over light-flame for about-a-minute. Place two slices of brown bread on a serving dish, and put a slice/layer of cheese on either piece of bread. Now pour the mixture on the bread and spread it out evenly with a spreading knife. On top put another slice of cheese and cover it with the second piece of bread. Your Sunshine-Sandwich is ready, have it with Ketchup!
