To promote and foster awareness regarding the benefits of performing pilates, celebrity trainer and a fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwala hosts the Pilates festival for the first time ever in India from February 14-17 in Mumbai. The festival would bring together the leading master Pilates trainers from all around the world. The motive behind organizing this festival is to highlight the benefits of this amazing workout exercise.
