Actors Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Thugs of Hindostan will reportedly have actor Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan playing the female lead. Many Bollywood actresses were being considered for the female part in the film.

If reports are to be believed then Aamir wants to cast a fresh face and thus is planning to give a break to Saif’s daughter. However, nothing official has been said on the same.

Speculations were rife about the leading lady of Thugs of Hindostan. The names of many Bollywood actresses including Alia Bhatt, Vaani Kapoor and Fatima Sana Shaikh came up for the role. It was being said that producer of the film Aditya Chopra wanted to cast Vaani with whom he worked in ‘Befikre’ whereas Aamir wanted to take his Dangal daughter Fatima on boards. But, those turned out to be mere rumours.

Now, if Thugs of Hindostan falls on Sara’s lap, it is going to a grand debut for her.
