New Delhi: The question as to who is no. 2 in Modi cabinet has been finally answered.
And the answer came from an official notification from the Cabinet Secretariat on the working arrangements in Modi's absence. It was for the disposal of urgent business in the absence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is on a visit to the US from September 25 to October 1.
"The Prime Minister has directed that during the period of his absence on foreign tour from 25th September to 1st October, 2014, urgent business may be put up before the Union Home Minister for disposal," the order by Cabinet Secretary Ajit Seth said.
Similar sort of arrangement was also worked out during Modi's visit to Brazil in July.
