Allegedly, despite several complaints by the girl, the police did not act in time.
The deceased, identified as Pinki, a resident of Khichdipur area of East Delhi, who along with one Dileep Verma took a hotel room in Ghaziabad's Crystal Hotel on July 14.
Police suspects this could be a murder case, as Dileep has been missing from the crime scene.
Hotel staff says, Dileep left the room to take dinner for them and never returned since then. And when the room service tried contacting the girl in room, no response came from inside, which sparked the suspicion over the situation.
When the hotel staff opened the room, the girl was found dead as her throat was oppressed with wire. And the police was called to investigate the incident.
Pinki's body has been sent for postmortem to know the exact cause of the death.
Police has recovered beer bottles, plates and a rose from the crime scene. Efforts are being made by the police to catch missing Dileep Verma.
Further investigation in the case is under process by the police officials.
