The shocking matter came to light after one of the survivors filed a complaint against the nine people before the court, prompting police to take action. The survivor claimed that police refused to file a case then she moved to court.
The police said they were trying to track down the accused by putting his mobile phone on surveillance. The girl's family said the girl and the cameraman both went missing.
Bihar crime news: During preliminary investigation of police, it was revealed that the two were not husband and wife. The woman is a native of Siliguri in West Bengal and was living in Muzaffarpur and working for an orchestra party.
Bihar news: The victim has been identified as Ram Pravesh Pandey, a native of Bahilwara Rupnathpur village under the Saraiya police station limits. Pandey's family members have claimed that after having dinner on Monday (January 8), he went to sleep.
Muzaffarpur food poisoning: The incident of food poisoning took place in Tehwara of Katra police station area. The deceased have been identified as 7-year-old Soni Kumari and 36-year-old Ramprasad Sahni.
Bihar crime news: As per the information, the victim had recently undergone physiotherapy treatment and was on her way home. It was during her return journey that the assailants, riding on a bike, approached her from behind and fired the fatal shot.
Bihar news: Taking cognisance, the Muzaffarpur Police initiated an inquiry into the matter. DSP Abhishek Anand said that if the videos were found true, action would be taken against the accused.
Mostly school-going children and women, went missing after a boat with around 30 people capsized near Madhur Patti ghat of Bagmati river.
According to reports, there were around 30 children in the boat when it capsized. Out of them, at least 10 are still missing while 20 have been rescued, officials said.

"We have arrested the accused under relevant sections of IPC. He is facing the charge of hurting the sentiments of a large community. The accused is injured and we have admitted him to Sadar Hospital for treatment," said an official spokesperson of Muzaffarpur police.

"Currently, six children are admitted in SKMCH with similar symptoms. However, AES is yet to confirmed," district public relation officer of Muzaffarpur said.
The matter was resolved after the district police chief had a word with the agitated people, though not before they had received a tongue lashing from the chief minister.
The incident took place at an eye hospital in Juran Chapra locality of the city on November 22. Muzaffarpur civil surgeon Vinay Kumar Sharma confirmed the incident.
Earlier, as many as 33 people have died and several others reportedly fell ill after consuming spurious liquor in two districts of Bihar in the last week. According to reports, deaths have been reported in Gopalganj and West Champaran districts.
