Wonder why numerous articles suggest some wacky diet secrets to help us loose weight, or increase metabolism or even for detoxification.

But today we bring in for you a food guide that reveals truth about certain food myths that have been creating rounds amongst people on dieting!

1. Eating fruits after meal is beneficial!



It is not advisable to gorge down on that fruit bowl right after your meal, as it effects your digestion. Researches however say that eating fruits an hour and so after your meal might give you acidity.



2. Drinking water between meals is not good!

This logic is nowhere written or explained. Though drinking water in between might give you a feel of a fuller stomach, but it definitely does not hinders with your health or digestion in any way. You must rather always keep a bottle or a glass of water nearby and drink water as often as possible as it helps in detoxification.
