Yup, the egg yolk does have a certain amount of cholesterol but terming it harmful for heart might go a bit too far. On average, an egg a day would be just fine for any normal healthy human body.



5. Taking in meals every two hour would accelerate your metabolism!

Munching on snacks every 2 hours is good for your health and also helps in weight loss but saying that it accelerates your metabolic rate might not be agreed by all.

Eating every 2-3 hours does helps in boosting your metabolism but as the stomach starts digestion and the amount of calories burnt makes no such difference as the regular one.

You must always eat when you feel hungry and always leave 1/4th space and this would really work!
