Symptoms of an Eye Stroke

  1. Floaters- These include grey spots floating around your eye.
  2. Blurred vision- In this, vision becomes blurred on one side or the entire eye.
  3. Vision loss – sometimes vision becomes less visible gradually or suddenly
  4. Pain and pressure – Although an eye stroke is often painless, sometimes pressure in the eye may be felt.
  5. Bleeding – Your retina may look red or have blood spots.

How to improve your eyesight 

  • Do pranayama for 30 minutes morning and evening 
  • Do Anulom-Vilom
  • Do Bhramari 7 times
  • Drink 'Mahatriphala Ghrita'
  • Drink aloe vera-amla juice
  • Eat raisins and figs
  • Eat 7-8 soaked almonds
  • Eat carrots, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, strawberries

What should you eat if your glasses are removed?

You must take a few almonds, fennel and sugar. Grind it to make powder and consume it with warm milk at night.
