  • If you are feeling very weak due to the heat then drink Sattu. It is not necessary to add salt or sugar to it.
  • If you want to avoid heat stroke, keep yourself covered and keep drinking water continuously.
  • If you get heat stroke, you should immediately consult a doctor, carelessness can increase the problem.
