Who is Jamuna Bai? A resident of Bhaili village of Vadodara district, her real name is Bhavna Patel, and she has  been a longtime worker in Asaram Ashram and a close associate of Narayan Sai.  The rape victims had alleged that it was Jamuna Bai who aided and abetted Narayan in sexually assaulting them in his cottage.

The victims had alleged that she had kept them hostage in Gambhoi ashram of Sabarkantha district.
