West Midnapore:  A case of rape with a minor has come into the limelight in West Bengal's cinema hall located in West Midnapore.  Before breathing her last she just could say that she was raped in Chandrakona's cinema hall located in West Bengal.

After getting the girls' dying declaration, in 31st August, the police team has nabbed a youth aged 27 from a jungle of Gwaltore.     

The minor, aged 17, was a resident of Chandrakona. After lying in home, the girl had stepped out around 10:30 to see the film Singham Returns with one of her acquaintance in Rupa cinema hall.

The girl's dead body was found around 4 pm near the public toilet of that area. Seeing this local people informed the police and brought the body of the girl to the nearby hospital.

Before breathing her last around 6pm she just could say to doctors that she was raped in one of the hall in Chandrakona. She died because of excessive bleeding. Police recovered a mobile phone, ticket of the bus and Puja cinema hall's ticket from her bag.

During the raid in Rupa cinema hall police found bloodstains in the toilet. The owner of the cinemahall Roop Kumar Goswami was arrested just after the raid.     

Police has arrested the accused Toton karmakar from Gwaltore's jungle after going through the call list of the girl's mobile phone. Both of the culprits were presented in the court today.

The accused have been sent to 3 days police custody.  The accused Toton  ignored that no was else was involved in the crime.
