The matter was raised by some journalists at a press meet on October 27.
Reddy alleged that "there is a perfect understanding already between (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi and KCR".
"There is no answer when asked what is the criteria for the alliance between Congress and TDP,” said KT Rama Rao.
