Petrol reached Rs 81.63 (increase by Rs 0.35/litre) and diesel prices stood at Rs 73.54/litre (increase by Rs 0.24/litre) in Delhi.

As per the revised rates, petrol and diesel prices in Delhi are Rs 80.38 per litre and Rs 72.51 per litre respectively.
Petrol reached Rs 79.99 per litre and Rs 87.39 per litre in Delhi and Mumbai respectively.
The common man was bearing the brunt of the escalating prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas, Congress communications in-charge Randeep Surjewala said.
In Delhi, petrol is selling at a price of Rs. 78.52 per litre, implying a hike of 22 paise.
The Congress president said the one paisa cut in petrol rates was not a "suitable response" to the fuel challenge he threw to the prime minister a few days ago.
On Thursday, the petrol prices were Rs 80.12 per litre in Kolkata, Rs 85.29 per litre in Mumbai and Rs 80.42 per litre in Chennai, while it went up to Rs 77.47 in Delhi.
